  • Reviews notes and details you've saved about them
  • Suggests personalized conversation topics based on this context
  • Generates draft messages incorporating the suggested topic
  • Helps you overcome "blank page syndrome" when reaching out

How to Use Outreach Ideas

  1. Open a contact in Relatable
  2. Click the Outreach Ideas button
  3. Review the AI-suggested conversation topics
  4. Click on a suggestion that resonates
  5. Customize the generated draft message
  6. Send your message

When to Use This Feature

Outreach Ideas is particularly helpful when:

  • You know you should reach out but aren't sure what to discuss
  • You want to reference specific past conversations or shared context
  • You're doing regular relationship maintenance check-ins
  • You need to re-engage with someone after a period of no contact

How It Differs from AI Draft

Relatable already offered AI Draft for composing messages. Outreach Ideas goes one step further:

  • AI Draft: You provide the topic/reason, AI helps you write it
  • Outreach Ideas: AI suggests both the topic AND drafts the message

Use Outreach Ideas when you need inspiration for what to talk about. Use AI Draft when you already know what you want to say but need help writing it.

Troubleshooting

If suggestions don't seem relevant:

  • Ensure you have conversation history or notes for the contact
