Relatable UX Updates
Overview: Navigation & Interface Updates
We've redesigned part of Relatable's interface to provide faster access to key features and streamline your relationship management workflow.
What's Changed
1. New Left Navigation Menu
Previously: Messages and Introductions were located in the right sidebar
Now: Both features have moved to a dedicated left navigation menu
Benefits:
- Easier access to sent messages with better visibility of open and response rates
- Clearer view of introduction stages and progress
- More screen real estate for your contact information
2. Enhanced Contact Database
New Features:
- Faster loading and improved performance
- Additional action buttons in the top navigation
- Integrated view of contacts, reminders, and suggestions
3. Unified Search Experience
How it works:
- Search for any contact by name from the main database view
- Results now include both existing contacts AND proactive reach-out suggestions
- Take immediate action with "Reach Out," "Remind," or "Not Now" buttons directly from search results
Getting Started
- Log into your Relatable account
- Notice the new left navigation menu for Messages and Introductions
- Try searching for a contact to see the unified results
- Use the quick action buttons to engage with suggestions
