Relatable for Teams


Relatable for Teams enables collaborative relationship management across your organization. This feature allows team members to share contacts, see team-wide communication activity, and assign relationship ownership for clearer accountability.

What It Does

Relatable for Teams provides:

  • Team-wide visibility of who has been in contact with relationships and when
  • The ability to share specific spheres of contacts with customizable permissions.
  • Relationship ownership assignment
  • Support for membership in multiple teams

Getting Started

Creating a Team

  1. Go to Settings in your Relatable account
  2. Click on "Teams" (or scroll to the bottom of the page)
  3. Click "Create New Team"
  4. Enter your team details
  5. Invite team members via email

Joining a Team

  1. You'll receive an email invitation if someone adds you to their team
  2. Click the invitation link to accept
  3. The team will now appear in your Teams section

Managing Spheres

Sharing a Sphere

  1. Navigate to the Spheres section
  2. Select the sphere you wish to share
  3. Click "Share with team"
  4. Select which team(s) to share with
  5. Set permission levels:
    • Basic information only (contact details)
    • View all information
    • Add/edit contacts

Viewing Shared Spheres

Spheres shared with you will appear in your Spheres section with an indicator showing they are shared.

Team Visibility

  • On your main dashboard, you'll see a "Last Sent" indicator showing when any team member last contacted each person
  • On individual contact profiles, you can view a history of team communications
  • You can filter and sort by team communication activity

Assigning Relationship Owners

  1. Add the "Owner" column to your contact view by clicking on the column control
  2. Assign owners by selecting a team member from the dropdown menu
  3. Filter contacts by owner to see who is responsible for which relationships

Privacy & Security

Your data security is our priority:

  • Sharing is controlled by explicit permissions
  • Team admins have control over who can access what information
  • You decide which spheres to share with your team
